We advise our customers never to respond to unsolicited requests for personal financial information such as your Social Security Number or financial account numbers, regardless of whether such requests are made via telephone, mail, or e-mail. Be wary of emails containing links to authentic-looking web sites that ask for sensitive or identifying financial information.

Should you receive any e-mails requesting personal information, such as user IDs, passwords and security question information, please delete the email without responding. If you have any questions or feel you have been a victim of a "phishing" e-mail scam using Cole Taylor Bank web services, contact the Customer Service Center at 847-653-7978.
