the entities listed below, then ColeTaylor needs
certified copies of these respective documents
within seven days prior to closing.
If the following documents cannot be located,
then the Borrower/Seller's attorney can provide
an opinion letter as to the status of the entity,
whether the entity is authorized to borrow/sell
and who is authorized to sign on behalf of the
specific entity.
